Job Description

As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Picker you’ll work within the warehouse team to deliver the goods in / goods out processes for the site, working in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment to deliver the best products for our customers. Supported by the management team, you’ll ensure that orders are picked accurately and efficiently, making sure that downtime is minimised so that great quality products can be distributed. You’ll pick stock and load onto pallets or cages, stacking securely and carefully.

You’ll be the kind of person who:

  • Can differentiate between good and poor quality products and take corrective action required
  • Is able to comply with site and business policies such as health and safety and food safety
  • Is happy in an active role and has a good level of fitness
  • Has effective time management, communication and problem solving skills
  • Loves working as part of a team and is comfortable in a fast paced warehouse environment with varied temperatures
