Position: Soft Play Assistant
Location: The Pavilion Leisure Centre, Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF
Salary: £25,396.80 p.a (pro rata)
Job Type: 32 hours Permanent (Will include early mornings, evenings and weekends)

As a Soft Play Assistant, you will maintain a fun atmosphere, monitor play activities, and assist both children and their parents during their visit at our site.

Key Duties:
- Supervise children in the soft play area to ensure safety and proper behaviour.
- Assist in setting up the soft play area before and after opening hours.
- Ensure that the soft play equipment is clean, well-maintained, and safe for use.
- Provide excellent customer service to families, answering questions and assisting with any needs.
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for children and staff.
- Handle basic first aid and emergency situations, if required.
Role requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in a customer-facing role.
- Desirable: Ability to stay calm, focused, and patient, especially in a busy or high-energy setting.
- Food Hygiene, first aid trained.
