Are you a skilled grounds professional with leadership experience and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will oversee the sales operation across multiple golf courses in the region.

Key Duties:
- To devise & implement the marketing plan to maximise sales of memberships, golf societies, functions, business meetings and casual golfers, implementing effective prospecting, networking and referral schemes.
- To set internal targets with the Area Manager for all staff including Operations Managers and reception staff with respect to sales.
- To work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to provide a quality service to members and visitors alike, including Mytime Active's Code of Conduct and service standards.
- Work with central membership administration team to control collection of membership fees.
- To effectively plan and implement social media strategies to achieve site targets.
- To work at other leisure facilities, centres and sites across the area and group as necessary.
- To assist in maintaining accurate records of income/attendance, to provide full audit and transaction records in accordance with Mytime Active financial regulations.
- To produce financial reports on the sales & retention performance of the sites.
Role requirements:
- A good understanding of the golf & leisure industry.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- A sound working knowledge of industry trends and best practices which can enhance customer sales & retention.
