As a F&B assistant, you will work in a lively and fast-paced environment, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and helping with various aspects of food service. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations during busy times!,
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide information to guests about the menu, including daily specials or any dietary requirements
- Assist with food and drink preparation and replenishing stock as required.
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends - Previous experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of Basic IT systems, Proof of attainment of qualifications;
- Evidence of your right to work in the United Kingdom; and
- Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if needed for the role
