The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Responsibilities

  • You will be required to perform the duties which are assigned to you by the Relevant Manager at your centre.
  • To deliver agreed activity as per the activity planner.
  • To deliver member engagement KPI's as defined by Mytime Active.
  • To deliver the products associated with 'My Journey' processes as appropriate in line with Mytime Active expectation and standards.
  • To deliver Gym Floor classes as agreed with the Relevant Manager within the specified Gym Floor shifts.
  • To undertake daily checks, maintenance and cleaning in accordance with Mytime Active's policies & procedures.
  • To undertake training and delivery of the 'Healthy Habits' weight management course or any other activity/course as agreed with the Relevant Manager within the specified Gym Floor shifts.
  • Support customers to achieve their goals in a safe & effective manner.
  • Achieve monthly Personal Training sales targets.
  • Achieve monthly personal Training delivery targets.

Role requirements

  • To create an engaging exercise experience including classes & courses where necessary.
  • To provide motivation & support to customers.
  • To deliver operational requirements to meet the needs of the business.
  • To meet health & safety requirements as identified in the QMS.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of Level 2 fitness qualification recognised by CIMSPA (Wellbeing Advisor).
  • A minimum of Level 3 fitness qualification recognised by CIMSPA (Personal Trainer).
  • A small group training or group exercise instructor qualification (if level 2, can be working towards this).
  • To achieve a level 3 fitness qualification in no more than 6 months if currently Level 2.
  • Proof of attainment of qualifications.
  • Evidence of your right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if needed for the role.
