Do you have a passion for the leisure or golf industry? As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our leisure or golf site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from customer service to site management. Staff management includes recruitment, training, development, absence management, staff 1-2-1, competency framework, and timesheets. Step in to cover Duty Manager shifts as needed to ensure smooth operations and address any staffing shortages, in line with business requirements. Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve long-term business goals. Build and maintain a sound organisational structure, recruiting, training, and motivating staff.
