Key Duties:
- Maintain the tees, greens, surrounds, fairways, rough and semi rough in line with the course maintenance programme
- Set up the golf course, including changing holes, moving tee markers, indicating areas out of bound, drop zones and hazards
- Switch and brush the greens
- Apply top dressing and fertilizer
- Identify and control pests and diseases
- Help with the maintenance and upkeep of all centers when required
- Renovate worn and damaged turf
- Prepare and maintain machinery
Role requirements:
- A minimum of two years’ experience of grounds maintenance/green keeping
- An NVQ level 2 in Greenkeeping or industry equivalent/experience would be desirable
