Position: Food & Beverage Assistant

Location: Hatchford Brook, Coventry Rd, Birmingham B26 3PY

Salary: £12.21 p.h. plus benefits

Job Type: Flexible (zero-hour contract)

Do you enjoy providing great customer service? As a F&B assistant, you will work in a lively and fast-paced environment, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and helping with various aspects of food service. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations during busy times!

Key Duties:

  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Provide information to guests about the menu, including daily specials or any dietary requirements.
  • Assist with food and drink preparation and replenishing stock as required.
  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Role requirements:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of Basic IT systems.
