Additional leave with length of service. /li li Holiday purchase scheme. /li li b 25% off /b food and beverage and free hot drinks. /li li NEST pension. /li li b Early Pay /b - withdraw a part of your salary in advance of the pay day. /li li New Employee Referral Bonus /li li Exceptional achievement award scheme. /li li Discounts, eVouchers salary sacrifice schemes via our Employee Benefits Platform. /li /ul p b Key Duties: /b /p ul li To assist the Centre Manager in managing the daily operation of the facilities and the organisation of activities. /li li To lead and manage a team of staff whilst on duty and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of team. /li li Assist with the organisation of all activities, groups and events/special programmes administered by the Centre. /li li To assist in maintaining accurate records of income/attendances, to provide full audit and transaction records. /li li Ensure attendance at weekly and monthly site sales meetings for feedback, direction and training. /li li To monitor Pool Plant and equipment in liaison with the technical team and take any corrective action to meet the swimming pool and facilities environmental standards. /li li To take responsibility for technical liaison, maintenance defects, cleaning programmes and log any issues. /li li Close or open the department when on the relevant shift, in accordance with departmental Opening Procedures. /li /ul p b Role requirements: /b /p ul li At least two years experience of working in a customer service environment. /li /ul p b Desirable /b /p ul li NPLQ qualification /li li Pool Plant /li li First Aid /li li Health and Safety (IOSH, NEBOSH) /li /ul p b Interested?
