Position: Customer Relations Advisor

Location: The Pavilion Leisure Centre, Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF

Salary: £23,795.20 p.a. (pro rata) Plus benefits

Job Type: 16 hours on weekends (Fixed Term 7 months)

Working hours:

Sat & Sun 9:00 am-5:30 pm (on-site)

Closing Date: 21st June 2024

MAIN PURPOSE

To deliver revenue from reactive and proactive call centre activity. Increase customer loyalty by delivering a professional and personal service. Achieve targets and exceed internal and external customer expectations.

Key Duties

  • Serving customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Taking incoming enquiries from new customers and converting them to members or purchasers of our products.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating profile information.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Achieving individual financial, conversion and interaction targets set by the Mytime Active.
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintaining an excellent attendance record within a 7-day operational shift pattern that may change depending on the needs of the business.
