We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruitment Advisor to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation & delivery of resource planning and the provision of a high quality, cost effective, timely recruitment service across all sites and clusters.

Key Duties:

  • Develop innovative direct sourcing strategies to ensure an efficient, timely and cost-effective recruitment service to meet the company’s resourcing plans for all staffing requirements, continuously improving recruitment processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and positive candidate engagement by optimising attraction channels and employer brand activities.
  • With hiring managers, build proactive talent pipelines that align to resourcing plans and reduce reliance on recruitment agencies through direct sourcing.
  • Work closely with the HR team to drive recruitment standards and deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Ensure smooth handover from recruitment to HR operations to support an effective onboarding experience.
  • Provide cover for the HR & Reward Advisor in respect of payroll processes when required.
  • Promote equality, diversity and inclusion within recruitment.

Role requirements:

  • Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Experience in an in-house recruitment or resourcing role.
  • Good working knowledge of social media recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment best practice.
  • Confident working with recruitment data and ATS/HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-focused and passionate about candidate experience.
