Responsibilities
- Undertake monthly monitoring, report on bookings, income generated and take up.
- Book bowling events and take payments for centre's bookings, maintain record.
- Process payments and update customer files as needed.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checks in line with manufacturer's instructions and the site‑specific schedule.
- Ensure that the buildings and grounds are maintained according to industry standards.
- Fully support and promote all Mytime Active Programmes, events and challenges.
- Assist with the promotion of all the centres and activities.
Qualifications
- Understanding of the Leisure and Events Industry.
- Well‑developed communication skills to ensure effective communication with a wide range of individuals, including customers and colleagues.
- Proof of attainment of qualifications.
- Evidence of your right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if needed for the role.
- Experience working with mechanical or electrical systems, preferably in the bowling industry.
