We are seeking an experienced Regional Grounds Manager to join our team.

In this exciting role, you will oversee the grounds management operations across multiple golf course in the region, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key

Duties: To be responsible for creating annual work plans for the grounds maintenance team and to ensure these work plans are carried out.

To work with the Grounds Team in the formulation of any projects relating to course improvements.

To ensure cross-team co-ordination and collaborative working to drive up the quality of services delivered across the golf and leisure sites.

Oversee, manage and supervise, if necessary, all course machinery, irrigation and drainage systems & ensuring general green maintenance is carried out including the control of weed, pests and disease To be responsible for working with all suppliers ensure the Region receives the best service from these suppliers.

Role requirements: A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Green Keeping, or industry equivalent Pesticide Application PA1, PA2a and PA6 & Chain saw certification At least 3-5 years' experience of golf course maintenance and construction Indepth knowledge of Strong knowledge of grounds equipment and grounds maintenance & horticulture Interested?
