b Overview /b p In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS EPC projects, from tender through to handover. You will own project profitability, schedule, HSE, quality, and client satisfaction while guiding cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance and Legal. You’ll manage risks, contracts, and procurement while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The opportunity centers on delivering large-scale renewable energy and storage projects to support METLEN’s sustainable future. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Attractive remuneration package /li li Friendly and professional working environment /li li Continuous training and development opportunities /li li Cooperation, creativity and innovation /li li Flexible ways of working to support fast results /li li Opportunity to contribute to major renewable energy and energy storage projects /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead tender preparation, assess commercial risks, and support client negotiations /li li Develop and approve project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and profitability margins /li li Negotiate EPC contracts including terms, payments, guarantees, liabilities and risk allocation /li li Oversee procurement across PV modules, inverters, BESS, and related equipment /li li Provide executive oversight of programme, budget, HSE, quality and resources /li li Manage project risks, changes, and claims with commercial mitigation /li li Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders /li li Ensure commissioning, handover and contractual close-out across projects /li li Prepare progress and cash flow reports and executive dashboards /li li Support continuous improvement of EPC project delivery processes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related) /li li 5–10 years in EPC project management or project directorship /li li Proven track record delivering utility-scale Solar PV (multi-MW) projects /li li Strong tendering, contract negotiation and EPC execution experience /li li Budgeting, cash flow and profitability responsibility /li li Experience in UK, Ireland or EU projects desirable /li li Experience across Solar PV and BESS projects /li li Familiarity with UK and Irish permitting, grid connection and contractual requirements /li li Experience with international suppliers and subcontractors /li li Solid understanding of EPC engineering fundamentals /li li Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (payments, LDs, warranties, bonds) /li li Cost control, cash flow forecasting, margin and risk management /li li Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management /li li Proactive, solution-oriented, able to make decisions under pressure /li li Advanced MS Office; MS Project required /li li Fluent English (written and spoken) /li li Desirable: Master’s degree or MBA; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent /li /ul ul li communication /li li negotiation /li li stakeholder management /li li MS Project /li li EPC project management /li li tendering and contract negotiation /li /ul
