We are currently looking for a Senior Site Electrical Engineer to join our UK team, within the Thermal Power & HVDC Division of Metlen Energy & Metals.
This is a UK-wide search, and we welcome applications from suitable candidates based across the country.
About the role As a Senior Site Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing electrical and instrumentation installation on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key responsibilities Supervise installation, calibration, and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and safety standards Monitor subcontractor performance and daily productivity Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and issue logs Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges Support commissioning activities, inspections, and system readiness What we’re looking for Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field5+ years’ experience in electrical construction projects, ideally High Voltage Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent in English Join us and contribute to delivering innovative energy solutions that support a more sustainable future.
