You will manage cross-functional projects across multiple platforms, working closely with external and internal development partners to deliver games that meet creative, commercial, and quality expectations for our diverse global audience. You will act as a trusted production partner providing structure, visibility, and support while balancing creative ambition with practical delivery constraints. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate confidently across multiple projects at different stages of development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working Closely with our Development Partners: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with our external partners; ensuring alignment across creative vision, scope, schedule, and budget. Success looks like:

  • Defining clear production frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures
  • Identifying blockers, dependencies, and risks early and proactively
  • Advising on planning, prioritisation, and execution while respecting partner autonomy
  • Owning budget and schedule tracking, and clearly communicating changes and risks
  • Acting as the primary escalation point and driving timely, constructive resolution
  • Monitoring Project Progress: You will be responsible for maintaining clear visibility across all assigned projects, ensuring progress is tracked accurately and communicated effectively to internal stakeholders. Success looks like:
    • Maintaining schedules, milestone plans, and delivery forecasts
    • Producing clear status reports, presentations, and postmortems as needed
    • Reviewing progress against milestones, quality bars, and business goals
    • Ensuring our partners have clear priorities and actionable next steps
    • Identifying scope, resourcing, and timeline risks early
    • Facilitating regular check-ins, milestone reviews, and retrospectives
    • Facilitating efficient cross-discipline workflows internally
    • Keeping production data accurate, current, and accessible
    • Supporting decision making through clear risk and trade-off analysis
  • Release Management Oversight: You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end release process, ensuring games are delivered smoothly, compliantly, and to the expected quality bar. Success looks like:
    • Coordinating release plans across development, QA, localisation, marketing and platform holders
    • Ensuring platform requirements, compliance, and submission timelines are met
    • Taking point on all platform holder/storefront submissions
    • Identifying and managing risks related to certification, localisation and performance
    • Supporting go-to-market readiness by liaising with publishing and marketing teams
    • Overseeing post-launch plans, including patches, updates, and any live support
    • Capturing post-launch learnings to improve future releases
