To support our Client Relations team we are searching for a Personal Shopping and Client Relations Manager (Maternity cover) to be based in our London office.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for Mytheresa's top clients, building strong long‐term relationships.
  • Drive customer loyalty and increased spend through personalized styling, tailored recommendations, and proactive outreach.
  • Curate individual communications and weekly product selections based on client preferences, purchase history, and shopping behavior.
  • Identify and execute sales, acquisition, and cross‐selling opportunities to achieve commercial targets.
  • Create innovative clienteling and selling initiatives to further enhance the luxury customer experience.
  • Organize and support VIP events and entertainment programs for top customers, ensuring exceptional brand experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Buying, Brand Marketing, and external brands to manage client preferences, re‐orders, and sold‐out item requests.

Who You Are

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar client‐facing role within luxury fashion, ideally in e‐commerce.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive, hands‐on mindset.
  • Strong affinity for fashion, luxury, lifestyle trends, and digital technology.
  • Sales‐driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated to exceed targets.
  • Innovative, creative, and confident in building personalized customer experiences.
  • Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and tech‐savvy with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
