You are comfortable in the detail of campaign performance and in the broader conversation around channel strategy. You translate data into clear commercial narratives, and you hold yourself accountable to growth metrics without losing sight of the customer experience behind them.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with our Brand, Regional, and Performance Marketing teams—bridging creative vision and commercial execution. Experience with customer acquisition, funnel analysis, and growth modelling is a strong advantage.
Some of the essentials for you to know are:
- Location: Our UK office is in London Westfield (4 days a week in office)
- Reporting into: Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Partner with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute full-funnel, cross-channel marketing plans that drive brand awareness, conversion, and customer growth across global markets.
- Collaborate with central performance and regional marketing teams to optimise Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Affiliates, and SEO activity, translating global strategies into locally relevant executions that deliver measurable KPI growth within budget.
- Drive a continuous test-and-learn approach across creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page performance, using insights to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead global campaign and customer performance analysis, working closely with regional teams to conduct more granular market analysis, develop actionable plans, and deliver clear, insight-led reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Translate performance insights and regional learnings into clear creative and content briefs, helping shape new campaigns, messaging strategies, and customer engagement initiatives grounded in data-driven recommendations.
- Support quarterly planning and reporting processes, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, performance outcomes, and future opportunities.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and data-led decision making.
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify actionable insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations that drive business growth.
- A collaborative relationship-builder who works effectively across creative, content, commercial, performance, and regional teams, communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of execution and attention to detail.
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and approaches challenges with energy, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong awareness of luxury fashion, culture, and digital marketing trends, with an understanding of the luxury menswear customer and how audience insights inform campaign strategy and communication planning.
- Experience working across global or multi-market campaigns, with an appreciation for cultural nuance and regional differences in audience behaviour.
