What You Will Do

  • Refine existing and develop new blocks in collaboration with the Technical team, defining the fit, shape and aesthetic of the brand.
  • Create design packs and support the launch of new collections.
  • Source fabrics and trims, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver ranges in line with the critical path.
  • Collaborate with the Technical team on fits and product development.
  • Work alongside the Creative Director, Buyer and Product team on trend and style analysis to ensure a balanced collection and contribute to range presentations.
  • Travel to fabric fairs and factories in the UK and abroad.
  • Support the team on a part‑time basis (up to 20h / week).

Who You Are

  • Passion for womenswear design, with a strong understanding of the customer and brand.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a luxury womenswear design role with a focus on outerwear.
  • Creative and commercially minded designer with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work.
  • Excellent knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, trims and hardware.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CAD and Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, strong critical‑thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
