We are now looking for a Web Content Technician to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on maintaining our data systems, managing our website, and supporting our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and optimize company databases to ensure accuracy, security, and efficiency.
- Manage and upload web content across company websites and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento).
- Ensure consistent branding, layout, and product information across all online channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to website performance, hosting, and integration with internal systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement online promotions, new product listings, and digital campaigns.
- Perform regular data backups, system monitoring, and version updates.
- Analyse web traffic and database performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Assist in improving SEO, UX, and web analytics setup.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in database management, web content maintenance, or IT system support.
- Familiar with SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS/e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of data security and website performance optimization.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
