Are you a wizard with water? A master of mechanics? If so we are on the lookout for a Hot Tub Technician to join our team and keep the relaxation flowing!
Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime
Tasks Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and associated wellness products with precision and attention to detail.
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure optimal soaking conditions.
- Installation of hot tubs and troubleshoot faults, including replacement and fitting of heat pumps, heaters, jets, etc.
- Communicate with customers to diagnose issues and provide expert solutions.
- Service, clean, and sanitize hot tubs to a high standard, offering advice to customers to enhance their product enjoyment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hot tub maintenance or a related field preferred, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude are required at all times.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or a related field would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of water chemistry and treatment methods is desirable; however, training will be provided.
- Valid and clean driver's license required as the successful candidate will be field-based and on the road daily, traveling around the Midlands and further afield.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to assist customers in answering any questions and addressing concerns professionally.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
- Physical fitness and endurance to undertake manual labor in diverse weather conditions.
