We’re growing, and to meet our goals we’re now recruiting for Project Manager to join our team PM team at Mysoft.In this role, you’ll take the lead on rolling out Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and our own X3CloudDocs projects. You\’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly working with our team, customers, and partners to deliver great results, on time and on budget. Key Areas of Activity
End-to-end management of SageX3, Sage Intacct, and Mysoft proprietary X3Cloud Docs implementation projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Co ordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, whilst maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
About You
- Ideally experienced in SaaS project implementation, ideally Sage X3, Sage Intacct, Netsuite, SAPB1 or MS Business Central/Dynamics.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within an SME or consultancy environment.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and proficient in using project management tools like Asana, MS Project, Jira or similar.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Hold a professional qualification in project management i.e. PMP, Prince1 or Agile.
