Mysoft is a specialist ERP and business software solutions provider, helping organisations streamline operations, improve visibility, and drive growth through technology. Alongside our Sage X3 expertise, we develop innovative SaaS products that solve real operational challenges for finance and operations teams. Our proprietary solution, X3CloudDocs, helps businesses automate purchase invoices, streamline sales order processing, and manage documents more effectively within Sage X3 environments.

As demand for automation and digital transformation continues to grow, we are expanding our partner ecosystem to bring these solutions to even more customers across the UK and international markets. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and growing technology business where their ideas, energy, and commercial mindset will genuinely make an impact. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a developing international partner function, with a strong focus on the US market, helping to shape the future of our channel ecosystem and play a key role in driving long‑term growth and increasing ARR.

You’ll have access to a significant existing Sage X3 customer and partner network, creating substantial opportunity to grow adoption of X3CloudDocs, build long‑lasting strategic relationships, and generate strong commercial success. Working in a fast‑moving and highly topical area of technology, you’ll be representing innovative SaaS and ERP solutions that utilise AI technologies to help businesses automate processes more effectively — positioning the platform at the forefront of digital transformation and business efficiency.

Supported by experienced teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical functions, you’ll be empowered to drive the business to the next level while developing your own leadership and commercial career. The role will also include line management responsibility for a Business Development Executive, potentially a trainee or early‑career hire, with the opportunity to contribute to the recruitment, mentoring, and development of this role as the team grows.

If you’re looking for a position where you can build meaningful international partnerships, influence strategy, develop leadership experience, work with cutting‑edge AI‑driven technology, and directly benefit from the growth you create, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with real momentum, ambition, and earning potential.

What You’ll be Doing

This is a commercially focused channel partnership role where you’ll work closely with existing and new Sage X3 partners to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and expand adoption of X3CloudDocs across their customer base. You’ll play a key role in helping partners succeed — supporting them with enablement, pipeline development, joint opportunities, and long‑term account growth — while acting as a trusted point of contact between Mysoft and the partner community.

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing Sage X3 channel partners
  • Driving partner engagement, pipeline growth, and recurring revenue opportunities
  • Running regular business reviews and collaborating on joint growth plans
  • Supporting partners through live sales opportunities, demonstrations, and customer conversations
  • Running look and feel demonstrations of all product modules
  • Delivering onboarding and enablement programmes for new partners
  • Creating and maintaining sales and partner enablement resources
  • Working with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to support partner success
  • Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell activity within partner customer bases
  • Recruiting and onboarding new strategic partners
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Representing Mysoft at partner meetings, events, webinars, and industry conferences

About You

You’re a commercially minded relationship‑builder who enjoys helping partners grow while delivering measurable business results. You’re hardworking, reliable, proactive, and accountable, with the confidence to make an immediate contribution while bringing fresh ideas and new approaches to support the continued growth of the channel business. You’re confident managing multiple stakeholders, comfortable working with pipeline data and forecasts, and able to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

You take pride in delivering a professional, high‑quality experience in every interaction, with strong attention to detail when managing partner communications, commercial proposals, and ongoing account activity. You’ll likely come from a channel sales, partner management, account management, customer success, or indirect sales background and be motivated by building strong long‑term partnerships that create mutual success.
