At Mysoft, our people turn ambitious goals into successful outcomes. We help organisations across the UK and USA modernise and grow through expert guidance, tailored solutions, and long-term partnerships built on trust and expertise. As the UK’s first and most experienced Sage X3 partner, and an award-winning Sage Intacct partner, we’re proud to deliver solutions that make a real difference to our customers’ businesses. We’re known for combining deep technical knowledge with a personal, customer-focused approach. From strategic planning and implementation to optimisation and ongoing support, we work closely with our customers every step of the way, helping them improve efficiency, adapt with confidence, and achieve lasting business value.

Due to continued growth, increasing customer demand and an expanding portfolio of ERP and SaaS implementation projects, we’re looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our delivery team. You’ll lead high-impact transformation projects for well-known mid-market and enterprise customers, gaining exposure to modern ERP and cloud technologies including Sage X3, Intacct and CloudDocs. Previous ERP project management experience is essential. We’re looking for more than just strong project management experience – this role needs a real people person. You’ll be approachable, friendly and engaging, with excellent communication and influencing skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues. You’ll have real ownership, autonomy and visibility within the business, with the opportunity to influence customer outcomes and help shape how we deliver projects. As the business continues to grow, there will also be the opportunity to progress into a Team Lead role, making this a great next step for someone looking to develop their leadership skills and take on greater responsibility.

What You’ll be Doing

  • You’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for ERP and SaaS implementation projects, working with mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
  • You’ll be a visible and approachable presence within the team - someone colleagues can turn to for support, guidance, and clear direction when challenges arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading full lifecycle delivery of ERP and SaaS projects (including Sage X3, Intacct, CloudDocs)
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
  • Defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted relationships and communicating with confidence and clarity
  • Running key project ceremonies such as kick-offs, status updates, risk reviews, and go-live planning
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations effectively
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and alignment, while providing support and guidance to colleagues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintaining high-quality project documentation (plans, UAT, go-live readiness)
  • Driving continuous improvement and contributing to scalable, repeatable delivery practices

About You

You’re a proactive, organised ERP Project Manager with a strong track record in software implementation and delivery. You combine structured project management with excellent people skills: you’re positive, approachable and friendly, communicate with confidence, and can persuade and influence others while building strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing ERP implementation projects is essential
  • Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects (typically 4–8 at a time)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects
  • Practical understanding of ERP systems and implementation environments; experience with finance systems or AP/payment workflows is advantageous
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet

Skills:

  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management
  • Excellent, clear and confident communication skills
  • Persuasive and influential
  • Ability to manage risk and dependencies, and navigate competing priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to support, guide and challenge colleagues and stakeholders constructively

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Positive, approachable and friendly, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Supportive and collaborative, with the confidence to be a trusted point of contact for colleagues
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and comfortable taking ownership when challenges arise

Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) desirable but not essential

How to prepare for a job interview at Mysoft

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Mysoft uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
