We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow X3Cloud Docs, Mysoft's proprietary Saa S solution built exclusively for Sage X3.
X3Cloud Docs helps organisations automate document-intensive processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen compliance through Purchase Invoice Automation, Sales Order Automation, Electronic Document Management and Email Notification & Automation.
Backed by Mysoft's reputation as the UK's longest-standing Sage X3 partner, you'll be selling a proven solution into an established market of thousands of Sage X3 customers across the UK and internationally.
This is a consultative, new business role focused on winning new customers and growing recurring revenue.
You'll engage with Finance Directors, CFOs and senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges, build compelling business cases and guide prospects through the sales process from first conversation to close.
You'll also manage a portfolio of existing customers, supporting renewals, identifying upsell opportunities and helping customers maximise the value of X3Cloud Docs.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying, developing and winning new X3Cloud Docs business across the Sage X3 customer community.
- Building relationships with Finance Directors, CFOs and senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and demonstrate business value.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing deals.
- Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, marketing-generated leads, networking and industry events.
- Delivering tailored product demonstrations and presenting compelling ROI-driven business cases.
- Managing a portfolio of existing customers, supporting renewals and identifying opportunities to introduce additional X3Cloud Docs modules.
- Conducting regular customer reviews to build long-term relationships and maximise customer success.
- Working closely with our Marketing team to follow up campaigns, generate demand and contribute to webinars, case studies and customer success stories.
- Keeping your CRM pipeline up to date and providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to help strengthen our sales approach and product positioning.
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Consultancy, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through to implementation.
- Playing an active role in helping grow one of Mysoft's fastest-growing Saa S products.
About You
You'll be an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges and winning new customers.
You don't need to know Sage X3, but you'll be excited to learn our products and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
• You'll ideally have
- Experience in a B2B Business Development, Sales or Account Executive role within software, Saa S or technology.
- A track record of generating new business and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and presenting business solutions that deliver real value.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand customer challenges and build compelling business cases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the drive to consistently achieve sales targets.
- The resilience and determination to overcome challenges and keep opportunities moving forward.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- A collaborative approach, working closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Consultancy and Customer Success to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and build a successful career in consultative Saa S sales.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer meetings and events when required.
- Experience selling ERP, Saa S or finance technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Sage X3 or the wider Sage partner ecosystem.
- Experience selling to Finance Directors, CFOs or other senior stakeholders.
- An understanding of finance processes such as purchase-to-pay, accounts payable or document management.

On offer is a competitive salary, £40k base salary plus commission (OTE up to £70k), dependent on experience, plus a Car Allowance, 25 days holiday, Healthcare Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Volunteering Leave, discretionary paid sick leave and hybrid working or fully remote working.
