About The Role
As one of our Labourers,youllwork to deliver the highest quality service and carry out a variety of technical services tasks.
Working efficiently and safely in line with best practice,youllbe responsible forundertaking mould treatment and minor damp prevention, toping up loft insulation removing old and newinstalls ,working in both occupied and empty properties. Clearing and cleaning properties, to include external spaces, outside of properties and loft spaces, you will remove all furniture, white goods,carpetsand general waste. You will alsobe requiredtoassistwith ourMulti-Tradeteam on large scale works as and whenrequired.
About You
Previousexperience as a general labourer is preferred within a social housing environment, however this is not essential. We do however ask that you are able tooperatesmall hand tools as well as small hand-held plant equipment such as drills and breakers.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
