About the Service
We are looking for a Night Support Worker to join an experienced staff team in Partington. The job role will be waking nights, 2 x night shifts per week. You will be expected to support the resident through the night as needed, clean and follow tasks to ensure the residence is ready for the next morning. We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence. We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.
Role Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Completing cleaning duties and maintaining a safe, tidy environment
- Supporting with food preparation (including vegetable preparation)
- Carrying out health and safety checks throughout the night
- Accurately recording care notes using electronic systems
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
