This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium Scandinavian footwear brand and help customers find their perfect pair through expert guidance and genuine hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting the right styles, sizes, and fits.
- Share in-depth product knowledge about our shoes, materials, and care.
- Create an inviting in-store atmosphere through attentive service and professional presentation.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support daily store operations, including stock management and POS transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for sales and style.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
