- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Professional, personable and commercially minded
- Comfortable working independently whilst thriving as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
- Passionate about property and eager to build a long-term career
- A strong networker who is able to present through strength of case
- Ability to present at board level when required
Experience within estate agency, land, planning, development or new homes would be advantageous, but attitude, professionalism and a willingness to learn are just as important.
