Myriad is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Chelmsford. This is a sales-based, customer-facing role, combining hands-on sales experience with exposure to campaign performance, team operations and the commercial side of a growing business.
This is not a traditional administrative or back-office operations position.

What You'll Do
You'll start by developing a strong understanding of our sales and customer acquisition process while supporting the wider operation of client campaigns.
- Work directly with customers on live sales campaigns
- Represent client brands and support customer acquisition
- Build strong customer relationships and identify their needs
- Work towards individual and team sales objectives
- Monitor campaign activity and contribute to improving results
- Support the team with the day-to-day delivery of campaigns
What You'll Develop
As you build experience, you'll gain a broader understanding of how sales performance connects with business operations.
This can include exposure to campaign planning, performance tracking, team coordination, coaching and commercial decision-making, giving you experience beyond the initial sales process.
