At Myriad, we help nationally recognised brands expand their customer base through targeted sales and marketing campaigns. As our Chelmsford operations continue to grow, we're looking for a Campaign Management Trainee who wants to develop experience in commercial campaign delivery, performance management and team coordination. This is an opportunity to understand the commercial and operational sides of campaign management, with practical experience rather than purely classroom-based training.
Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery
- Gain practical experience in sales, customer acquisition and brand engagement.
- Understand client objectives, campaign messages and customer audiences.
- Support the delivery of campaigns designed to generate measurable commercial results.
Performance & Planning
- Learn how campaign targets, customer acquisition figures and conversion rates are monitored.
- Assist with daily campaign priorities, team briefings and performance reviews.
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve campaign results.
- Develop an understanding of how campaign teams are organised and supported.
- Build communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Take on additional responsibility for campaign activities as your experience grows.
- Gain exposure to coaching, team development and operational decision-making.
