What You’ll Be Doing
Stage 1 – Sales & Marketing Foundations
You’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of direct sales and customer acquisition while representing major brands through live marketing campaigns. During this stage you will:
• Learn the psychology of sales and consumer behaviour
• Develop communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Work directly with customers and clients
• Understand brand representation and campaign management
• Help clients increase market share and customer growth
• Learn multiple sales strategies and techniques
Stage 2 – Management & Operations Programme
Once you’ve mastered the foundations, you’ll progress into our management training programme where you’ll learn how to run and scale business operations. This includes:
• Recruitment and talent acquisition
• Training and developing high-performing teams
• Leadership and people management
• Business operations and organisational structure
• Client relationship management
• Mentorship from experienced business leaders
At this stage, you’ll become a core part of the organisation with increased responsibility and direct mentorship designed to accelerate your progression.
Stage 3 – Junior Management
As you continue progressing, you’ll begin managing teams and learning every major area of business operations including:
• HR and recruitment
• Finance and budgeting
• Sales and marketing strategy
• Team leadership and performance management
• Brand management
• Operational management
Long-Term Progression
Our goal is to develop future business leaders. Once fully developed within the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to manage major client contracts, oversee large teams and work across different markets throughout the UK.
