Project Manager - Renewable Energy in Melton Mowbray

  This is a hybrid role based from the Myriad office in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, with flexibility to work from home alongside regular site visits across the UK. You should be within a reasonable commute of the Melton Mowbray office, as you will be expected to be office -based on a regular basis.<\/span>

  About You<\/span><\/b>
  <\/span><\/div>

  You are an engineering project manager — not just a coordinator. You understand how projects are built, you're comfortable on site, and you're used to managing the full delivery lifecycle without being micromanaged.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  You will have:<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p>

  • A relevant engineering degree <\/span>(essential — this is an engineering business and technical credibility matters)<\/span><\/i>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Demonstrable experience delivering commercial solar PV projects, ideally at C&I scale<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • A track record of managing subcontractors directly — from appointment and programming through to sign -off and quality assurance<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience running multiple concurrent projects without dropping the ball<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong documentation, safety and compliance discipline (CDM, RAMS, O&M handover packs)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Confidence managing clients, contractors and project stakeholders throughout delivery<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Experience across other renewable technologies (biomass, heat pumps, BESS) is a bonus.
