About Myriad
Myriad Global Media is an international creative communications agency specialising in film, animation, design, and interactive experiences for clients in the energy, technology, and infrastructure sectors. We help some of the world’s largest companies tell their stories through powerful, meaningful content.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager or Producer to join our London team full-time, onsite at our Old Street office. You’ll manage a wide range of multimedia projects including film, animation, and design, all working closely with both clients and our in-house creative teams. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that suits someone who thrives on variety, organisation, and collaboration. No two days will be the same and you could be working on a marketing film project one day and an e-learning project the next.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects across film, 3D animation, and design from brief to delivery.
- Plan and oversee production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Work directly with clients and account managers to interpret briefs and guide projects through each stage.
- Coordinate production teams, camera crews, editors, animators, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support creative development with a strong understanding of storytelling, structure, and visual quality.
- Handle project documentation including call sheets, risk assessments, feedback logs, and delivery plans.
- Ensure work meets Myriad’s creative and technical standards.
- Contribute to project proposals, scoping, and cost estimates where required.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a production or producer role within a creative, media, or agency environment.
- Proven track record delivering projects across film, 3D animation, and print or digital design.
- E-learning or VR experience is a bonus.
- Attitude of wanting to learn about new technologies and how workflows run.
- Excellent time management, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of video and 3D animation workflows.
- Confident working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and highly organised.
- Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
Benefits
- 25 days’ annual holiday plus UK bank holidays.
- Private healthcare.
- Hybrid pension contributions.
- Opportunities for travel and on-location production.
- Collaborative, creative working environment at our Old Street office.
