📍 Remote | Contract / Part-time | Flexible Hours

We’re collaborating with a leading global AI company to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems designed for Manufacturing & HR Operations — helping them think, reason, and act like real professionals in the field.

This project focuses on creating an intelligent support system for HR and Operations teams in a manufacturing environment. You’ll help evaluate and refine how AI handles workflows across:

• Payroll & Benefits
• Leave and PTO Management
• Time & Attendance Tracking
• Onboarding/Offboarding
• Shift Scheduling & Approvals
• Compliance and Audits

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and improve AI performance in Workday, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint workflows.
• Simulate HR and manufacturing operations — approving PTO, submitting timecards, managing benefits, etc.
• Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, tone, and workflow logic.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to refine tools and domain understanding.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Professionals with 5–15 years of experience in Manufacturing, HR Operations, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
• Familiar with tools like Workday, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and real-world process understanding.
