We are seeking a skilled Operator for Captioning and Text Labeling to join our team. As an Operator for Captioning and Text Labeling, you will be responsible for accurately captioning content and labeling text data to enhance accessibility and improve machine learning algorithms. This role requires attention to detail, strong linguistic skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Client: Autonomous Driving Company
Work type: Annotations
Pilot scope: Work involves validating and editing driving instructions generated by AI Model for autonomous driving scenarios (e.g. Signal approach, braking logic, etc.). Project is live in the US, India, London and Tokyo.
Pilot Details:
- Tasks: ~40 tasks
- AHT: 90mins
- Timeline: ~3 days execution + 1 day QC → delivery in 4 days
- Start: Early next week
Preferred skillset:
- Minimum to have a driving license and knowledge to understand the work for 2 India Resources
- Laptop will be provisioned for pilot
Responsibilities:
- Caption GIF and video content accurately and efficiently according to specified guidelines and standards.
- Ensure high-quality output by reviewing and correcting descriptions mentioned as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to check the opportunity to optimize captioning and labeling processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in captioning and labeling techniques.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of captioning and labeling tools and software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with captioning and labeling tools and software (e.g., Amara, YouTube captioning tools, Labelbox, etc.) is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in linguistics, communication, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Selection Criteria:
- Stage 1: Achieving a score of 85% or higher in the Captioning and Text Labeling Assessment
- Stage 2: F2F / GVC Interview with Training Team
- Stage 3: Final Selection by Operations Team
