Hands-on content designer with the ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, promotional material, and video content at pace. A social creator who uses and understands the key social platforms in detail, keeping their knowledge up-to-date regarding the best ways to engage target audiences within each platform. A key player in the marketing team, contributing to brand building, lead generation, and sales day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team and executive leadership team with sales materials and PowerPoint presentations.
- Create inspired and crafted content to support the new Company brand, building across all marketing channels (with a focus on digital marketing).
- Support lead generation and sales efforts by designing high-quality presentations, social media and web content, and sales and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with brand strategy and design team, marketing, and sales to create content that supports strategic objectives and business growth.
Requirements:
- You are a designer with around 5 years of experience.
- Expert in 3rd party tools (e.g. editing, templating, adaptation, scheduling) for key social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, X).
- Strong photography and video production skills, with the ability to define, capture, edit, and publish video (plus audio) for key platforms including our new Company website, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable working on fully planned productions as well as 'from the hip' content capturing.
- Unwavering attention to detail, collaborative approach, and passion for design excellence.
- Flexible and adaptive to emerging opportunities in social.
- Able to work at pace to meet unscheduled posting opportunities.
- Can-do attitude, leveraging knowledge of the platforms to deliver content that is fit for purpose in each.
- A thoughtful, agile, and resilient mindset - you understand that design is iterative and have the ability to operate nimbly.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of methods that work best in each platform.
- Ability to co-define content titles and descriptive copy, video thumbnails and static posts, apply links and tags where relevant.
- Organized with strong attention to detail. Develop workflows that facilitate collaboration with other experts (internal/external), organize content assets to allow ongoing access and adaptation.
- Ability to learn from analytics and adapt approaches to improve performance of the marketing activity.
- Strong interest and skills in emerging design technologies such as GenAI combined with the wisdom to use the tools judiciously to maintain brand distinction and IP.
Salary: Excellent, based on the number of years of experience required.
