What will your day look like….

Our platform supports your daily routine.It takes away all the drudgery and lets you focus on what makes the role enjoyable and rewarding.The platform manages your diary allowing you to focus on building relationships with existing landlords, developing new business opportunities and meeting prospective tenants.Your time will be spent taking on new properties, ensuring that booked viewings happen and helping tenants with moving in.

Our intuitive platform provides real-time data and tools to enhance your efficiency and decision-making.No two days will be the same, with opportunities to solve unique challenges and grow your expertise in property management

Your key responsibilities will include:

·Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords

·Assessment of properties

·Preparation of property listings including photography, video tours and floor plans

·Conduct viewings

What do we need from you

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills that will enhance the relationship of the business and build trust

·Ability to deliver against targets for growing the property portfolio

·Ability to organise and multi-task

·A passion for and familiarity with the property lettings and management industry

·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

·Flexibility to work varying hours as required up to a maximum of 40 hours per week

·A clean UK driving licence

As an early entrant to the Prop247 business we would expect you to have the right skills and experience to grow into an area manager role and take on responsibilities for recruiting and training new employees.
