Our Indirect Channel sits at the heart of that mission: a fast-growing network of resellers, ISVs, and technology partners who bring myPOS to merchants in their own local markets.

As we move into our next phase of growth, we're on the lookout for Partnerships Managers to build, grow, and champion these partnerships across our key markets in Europe. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships in your assigned territory, focus on accelerating growth and revenue generation, and act as a key link between local stakeholders and central teams. This position owns partnerships in the Nordic countries, requiring a strong understanding of local partner ecosystems and go-to-market models.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners in the Nordic countries - ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, and commerce and technology partners
  • Own and grow the regional partner portfolio, building long-term, trusted relationships
  • Develop and execute local partnership strategies aligned with overall company goals
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to performance tracking and optimization
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and local teams to ensure successful partner execution
  • Drive partner-led revenue and monitor KPIs, alongside local market trends, partner performance, and the competitive landscape

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a proven track record working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and partner-led growth models
  • Strong commercial mindset and sharp negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
