At myPOS, we’re all about helping businesses grow and get paid. We make payments simple, smart, and accessible for everyone, but we’re more than just payment solutions - we’re a partner in growth. From free multicurrency accounts to powerful e-commerce tools, we’re here to support business owners of all sizes and everyone out there who dreams of starting their own business. As we continue expanding our product capabilities, we’re looking for an experienced Card Product Manager / Proposition Manager to join us on a fixed term contract and help shape the future of our SMB card portfolio. Ready to make an impact in fintech and build products used across Europe? Let’s make it happen!

About The Role

This is a hands‑on contract role for someone with strong card product and SME proposition experience. Working closely with the VP Product, you’ll help define the next generation of myPOS card propositions across premium debit tiers, a future credit card MVP, and value-added services including insurance, travel, lounge, and rewards. You’ll operate as a delivery-focused product operator, helping move propositions from concept through partner selection, commercial modelling, and roadmap planning. This is a high-impact role with exposure across leadership, product, partnerships, engineering, and commercial teams in a fast-moving fintech environment with real ownership and autonomy.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside the VP Product to scope and define future debit tiers, Premier upsell tier, and a credit card MVP.
  • Produce detailed product specs across debit tiers, Premier, and credit card propositions, alongside tier-level P&L models covering interchange, scheme fees, FX, attach, and ARPU assumptions.
  • Scope value-added services across insurance, travel, lounge, and rewards, including build vs partner vs white-label recommendations.
  • Lead partner evaluation and RFP processes across issuer-processing, rewards, insurance, travel, lounge, and credit-decisioning providers where relevant, producing shortlists, scoring matrices, and recommendations.
  • Conduct customer research including merchant interviews, segmentation, willingness-to-pay assessments, and competitor teardowns across Revolut Business, Qonto, Wise Business, Pleo, Soldo, neobanks, and traditional SMB card providers.
  • Support sequenced delivery roadmap planning across MVPs, partner dependencies, and resourcing requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in card product or card proposition roles, with strong SMB or commercial card experience; consumer card experience alone is not enough.
  • Strong card economics fluency including interchange, scheme fees, FX, and funding costs.
  • Experience running partner selection end-to-end, from long-listing and RFP through to recommendation.
  • Experience working in fintech, payments, banking, merchant services, or other fast-growth financial services environments.
  • Hands‑on operator, comfortable working at fintech pace without a formed team structure around you.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, self‑explanatory artifacts and documentation.

Strong Indicators

  • Credit product launch experience including underwriting, decisioning, or collections exposure.
  • Insurance, lounge, travel, or rewards partnership experience alongside Visa / Mastercard product exposure.
  • Acquiring‑side exposure, particularly understanding SMB merchant journeys across both accepting and spending sides.
