About the role: As a Recruitment Executive you will be responsible for managing a large volume of incoming roles, taking part in key hiring projects, and sourcing candidates. You will work in partnership with management teams, shaping the way we attract, recruit, and retain talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Source candidates utilising social media, job boards and networking
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
  • Schedule face‑to‑face interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates
  • Maintain and coordinate calendars
  • Answer recruitment queries
