Let’s make it happen!

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Lead - Lending to own the early shape of our SME lending products. This is a product-first, 0→1 role for someone who understands SME lending deeply and is excited to build and scale new products from scratch. You’ll work closely with the VP Product and Product Manager to define, launch, and evolve our lending proposition as we scale, with clear ownership of how these products are shaped from the ground up. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of product, risk, and commercial. You’ll turn lending capability into real, usable, scalable customer products, and in the early stages you’ll be directly shaping and driving build activity before dedicated squads are fully in place.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and define new SME lending products end-to-end (0→1), working with Product, Risk, Data, and Commercial teams to bring ideas to life
  • Lead discovery with SME customers and internal stakeholders to uncover unmet financing needs and translate them into product opportunities
  • Design how lending works in-product - including eligibility, affordability, limits, pricing, repayment structures, and customer journeys
  • Partner with Risk and Data teams to embed underwriting logic, credit decisioning, and portfolio considerations into product design
  • Support build and delivery with engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clear, buildable, and aligned to commercial and risk outcomes
  • Use market insight and performance data to iterate on products post‑launch and influence roadmap priorities

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in SME lending, credit products, or lending strategy (fintech, bank, or fast‑growth lending environment)
  • Deep understanding of SME credit mechanics (underwriting, affordability, scorecards, limits, pricing, risk trade‑offs)
  • Proven experience contributing to or shaping early‑stage (0→1) lending or financial product development
  • Strong product thinking – able to turn complex lending requirements into simple, usable customer experiences
  • Confident working across Risk, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical capability; able to interpret lending performance and feed it into product decisions

Why you should join myPOS

  • Annual salary reviews, promotions, and performance bonuses
  • myPOS Academy and unlimited LinkedIn Learning access
  • Annual training and development budget
  • 9% employer pension contribution
  • Health insurance, dental insurance, and group life assurance
  • Referral bonus and regular international team events
