About the role
As a PreSales Executive you will be the support and the backbone of our continued growth. You will act as the link between our sales agents in the field, helping with pricing that best suits our customers and helping to make the application process smooth, ensuring our field teams can move fast and close deals with confidence.
What you’ll do
- Be the voice on the other end of the line, ensuring accurate messages reach our team.
- Immerse yourself in our various departments soaking up knowledge.
- Keep records up to date and share information as needed.
- Prove your prowess with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Master myPOS’s products and services.
- Tackle enquiries promptly and efficiently, whether they come from our internal team or external partners.
- Gain insights into our revenue structure and pricing.
- Skilfully handle any issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Exude confidence when speaking with employees over the phone.
- Handle general administration duties with flourish.
