About the role: As a Pre‑Sales Executive you will be liaising with new and existing field sales representatives, dealing with all manner of questions and queries. The Pre‑Sales department is the dedicated helpline for all field sales representatives at myPOS, so the role will mainly consist of answering phone calls or emails that come through to the team, both internal and external; as well as providing support on any technical issues that arise during the sales process.
What you’ll do:
- Be the voice on the other end of the line, ensuring accurate messages reach our team
- Keep records up to date and share information as needed.
- Show strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prove your prowess with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Master myPOS products and services
- Tackle enquiries promptly and efficiently, whether they come from our internal team or external partners.
- Gain insights into our revenue structure and pricing.
- Skillfully handle any issues that may arise during the sales process.
