Responsibilities:
- Help refine and improve operational processes, supporting customer engagement/delivery and product development.
- Problem‑solve platform issues such as customer complaints and payment issues.
- Build and enhance HR, office, and meeting processes.
- Coordinate delivery for key existing and new projects (e.g., working with high‑street banks and grant awards).
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Flexible, self‑starter, able to make autonomous decisions proactively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- 4+ years of hands‑on operations experience, ideally in a start‑up or small business setting, or a demonstration of transferable skills into this area.
- Process and analytical skills with a strong action/execution bias, comfortable working with data.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, ability to prioritise effectively and a can‑do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
