We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to help ignite our next stage of growth.

Salary: £30k – £35k, dependent on qualifications and experience. Equity potential.

Core Hours: 40hrs/week. Days and hours by agreement. Potential to start on a part‑time basis.

Location / Working Arrangements: Hybrid working – 2–3 days a week in London office (Clerkenwell).

Responsibilities:

  • Help refine and improve operational processes, supporting customer engagement/delivery and product development.
  • Problem‑solve platform issues such as customer complaints and payment issues.
  • Build and enhance HR, office, and meeting processes.
  • Coordinate delivery for key existing and new projects (e.g., working with high‑street banks and grant awards).

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Flexible, self‑starter, able to make autonomous decisions proactively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • 4+ years of hands‑on operations experience, ideally in a start‑up or small business setting, or a demonstration of transferable skills into this area.
  • Process and analytical skills with a strong action/execution bias, comfortable working with data.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, ability to prioritise effectively and a can‑do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, consistent with strong follow‑through.
  • Curious, always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively but also comfortable owning tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
