About the Programme

We are looking for recent graduates/college leavers for roles in AI. Following an initial selection process you will get to participate in a 6‑week training programme (requires a few hours/day commitment) with the expectation that completing participants will be placed in AI roles – helping companies to implement AI.

Eligibility Criteria

  • London‑based (or willing to commute)
  • Leaving college or university in summer 2026
  • Available to accept a full‑time role after the 6‑week training and willing to commit to doing so within a 6‑week window post‑training
  • Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship

Selection Process

  • 90‑minute live agentic build workshop
  • Short online learning course – 6 hours over 7 days – to determine suitability to continue
  • Assessment centre (in‑person, half‑day with team tasks + interview)
  • One‑to‑one interview – 15 minutes
  • Placement into a paid role with a high quality employer after successful completion of the training programme
