You will not inherit a slow, rigid structure; you will build a scalable sales machine. Your primary mandate is to define the systems and initiatives needed to convert our successful projects into exponentially greater market share.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Vision & Scalability:
- Define the Future: Architect and implement the entire commercial strategy, sales processes, and compensation structures needed to drive aggressive, repeatable, and profitable revenue growth.
- Scale the Success: Develop and execute account-based strategies to expand successful pilot projects into large-scale global rollouts across our existing major clients and new enterprise accounts.
- Pioneer Initiatives: Drive and define new sales, channel partner, and business development initiatives that directly translate product capabilities into new, high-value opportunities.
Sales Leadership & Execution:
- Personal Ownership: Take the lead on developing a robust, high-value sales pipeline, personally engaging with C-suite and Senior Retail/Marketing decision-makers at target clients.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales cycle, from strategic outreach and value proposition definition through complex contract negotiation for our interactive retail solutions.
- Communicate ROI: Clearly articulate the proven ROI of MyPlayer\'s platform—showing how our technology drives higher customer engagement, increased conversions, and reduced operational costs.
Commercial Team Building:
- Future Team Builder: As the first dedicated commercial leader, you will be responsible for defining the requirements, recruiting, and mentoring a high-performing sales team as the company scales.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate market feedback into product roadmaps and ensure seamless, high-quality solution deployment.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership (Director/Head of Sales level), with a verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue from a smaller base.

- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Retail Technology (RetailTech), Digital Signage, POP/POS, or MarTech space, and experience selling to major global brands and retailers.
