The Project Coordination Engineer supports the Engineering Manager in the coordination and execution of engineering activities across all phases of a project. The role focuses on technical delivery, cross‑discipline coordination, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.

- Support the Engineering Manager in implementing engineering procedures and workflows
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Work with HSEQ teams to support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify, report, and help resolve non‑conformances and corrective actions
- Technical & Project Delivery
- Contribute to the Project Engineering Execution Plan (PEEP)
- Support coordination of engineering activities and manage assigned work packages
- Oversee engineering execution to maximise value and efficiency
- Participate in design and HSEQ reviews
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress
- Support risk management and change management processes
- Coordinate and manage technical interfaces across disciplines
- Support cost estimation activities and consolidate outputs for the Engineering Manager
- Systems & Digital Tools
- Ensure correct setup and use of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
- Maintain document control in line with corporate procedures
- Support implementation of digital tools and engineering platforms
- Assist with Life Cycle Information (LCI) system setup and data governance
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as an engineering interface for technical coordination matters

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BEng or equivalent) in Engineering
