A highly reputable energy organisation is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance and development of high‑voltage electrical infrastructure across a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
This is a senior leadership opportunity combining technical expertise, project delivery, commercial awareness and team management.
Key Responsibilities Lead the management and maintenance of HV electrical systems.
Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
Manage contractors, suppliers and technical teams.
Oversee operational performance, risk and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support client relationships and business growth activities.
Monitor project financials, forecasting and reporting.
Requirements Significant experience with HV electrical systems.
Background in renewables, utilities, power generation or similar.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading technical teams.
Commercial and budget management experience.
Relevant electrical qualification (HNC, NVQ Level 3, apprenticeship or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Wind energy experience.
Senior Authorised Person (SAP) experience.
Contestable works knowledge.
Risk and change management experience.
