We are currently advertising for one Maintenance Technician Modern Apprentice at our Arbroath Manufacturing Facility. What is a Modern Apprenticeship? The Modern Apprenticeship is a four year programme that includes Off the Job training, Core Skills up to SCQF Level 7, Work Based learning, and further education. Upon successful completion, candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Modern Apprenticeship.
To Be Considered For This Role, You Should:
- Hold a minimum of three National 5 passes, preferably including Mathematics, English and/or Physics; Technical subjects would be an advantage.
- Show initiative and a strong, can do approach to work.
Selection Process:
Your application will initially be reviewed by a Recruiter. If you are selected from the longlist, you will then be invited to go through an online skills test with Angus Training Group. This skills test will involve numeracy, communication skills and general aptitude. For those who pass this test, you will then be invited to an interview onsite at Halliburton Manufacturing, Arbroath. Offers will be made to successful candidates, with the programme commencing at Angus Training Group in August 2026.
